The screens are installed
With much excitement the two finished oak screens were carefully transported down to the site .
A large trench had already been dug on each side of the road to receive the heavy sections. Over the course of two days they were gradually inched into their final positions.
A flurry of activity ensued as various well-wishers and enthusiastic passers-by stopped to offer help and support.
